Welcome to StorageNest. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website storagenest.com.au and any purchase of products or services from StorageNest (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Information
StorageNest manufactures and sells premium over-bonnet storage units and related accessories.
We operate from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, and provide delivery and installation services to selected areas.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with our operations or the experience of other users.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any part of this website at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our website or via invoice.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched or installed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
During promotional or pre-order phases, customers may be given the option to place a deposit to secure their order. Deposits are refundable unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation are available to selected regions.
Additional delivery fees apply to areas outside the Gold Coast, including Brisbane and Northern NSW.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as transport disruptions or weather conditions.
During pre-order phases where deposits are taken, delivery and installation dates may be subject to change depending on manufacturing and shipping schedules. We will keep customers updated on any changes and provide estimated timelines as accurately as possible.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in display settings between devices.
6. Warranty
All StorageNest products are covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Lost keys or locks

7. Returns and Refunds
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or installation.
Returned products must be in original condition and include all packaging and components.
Customers are responsible for return freight costs and any disassembly or removal fees.
Refunds will be processed once the product has been inspected and approved.
Products found to be damaged, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
Faulty or damaged goods are covered separately under our warranty and under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorageNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
